General Information

dtac TriNet Co., Ltd. (“Company ”), formerly known as dtac Network Co., Ltd., has been established as a limited company since March 2006 and registered name change to dtac TriNet Co., Ltd. on 20 May 2013, which has Total Access Communication Public Company Limited or “dtac” as the Company’s major shareholder.

The Company’s main business is providing mobile phone services with 3G and 4G technologies on 2100 MHz spectrum under trade name “dtac” and “dtac prepaid”. The company received a license to use 2100 MHz spectrum and a Type 3 Telecom License from National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (“NBTC”).

Apart from the Company’s main business, the Company also has a business of providing international telephone service by dialing “004”, and providing internet services to various groups of corporate customers.

The Company has dtac as its major shareholder that holds approximately 100% of all paid-up capital. dtac is the second largest mobile operator in Thailand using 2G technology on 1800 MHz spectrum, and 3G technology on 850 MHz under the concession agreement with CAT Telecom Public Company Limited (originally known as Communication Authority of Thailand), which has the period of 27 years ending on 15 September 2018 (For additional information, please visit www.dtac.co.th)
